Accumulation Box Question

After time in my qt tank, I moved my Lubbock Wrasse to the accumulation box today in the DT. The other wrasses in the tank seem to be ignoring him being there. My question is how long should I keep him in there before letting him out. He will be the smallest of all the fish only being about 1 1/4".

I would leave it there till lights out and then release it just to be safe.
