You can try folding it up tighter. I fold 8x8" sheets up into small 3"x1" nuggets. I have 8 tangs. They won't usually manage to get much more than what they can eat off the clip.
You sir have saved so much headache with this comment. I hope you know just how much of a contribution that method was.

Add vitamins to food and give it mysis or plankton to apply added gut load and fats. +

They are awesome fish. I don't know if you have other tangs or not. If you do end up adding Achilles and powder brown you will likely need additional tangs for distraction. I do keep an Achilles, powder brown and powder blue together. I have a massive desjardini (tank boss) along with PT, YT, kole, yellow belly blue hippo.
My tank is not large enough right now... the big one is not up. Currently only have a juvenile mimic tang/chocolate tang. But more tangs will be a reality when the big tank is also a reality. In due time.

here is an aweful picture of my tangs. and yes, the MHLLE is slowly going away on the desjardini. It was a long brutal fallow period.
