Some acro growth shots! I can't believe the growth rate on these corals, I did cut a few frags so they should be a little bigger. I will try to find more pics of other acroporas

Very nice, I love progression shots!
Thanks! :D

what the h<(( are you dosing?

Daily: Calcium Chloride (anhydrous), Sodium Bicarbonate (baked baking soda) for alkalinity; every now and then: Strontium, Postassium, and MicroBacter7

where did you get the red planet i want one
I got it from a local fish store, I have 2 of them. One of the frags is growing back after my pygmy angels (pair) destroyed it; no more pygmys for me:beat_brick:

Those ******s killed a lot of corals, but I do miss their spawning behavior. Nah, no secret stuff here. No es la flecha, es el indio.

This one takes the cake..... I got this frag form PR_Reefers, for free:tongue:

Nice job Luisra! I love the growth shots as well. If you cannot grow it than you shouldn't own it. It is much better to take the 6 months to grow the acro vs buying a half dead wild colony that browns out in a month.

It's growing too fast!, I really don't know why is a "Limited Edtition", too many units can be manufactured in a short amount of time:snicker: Thanks!

Thank you!:D I never had issues with aquacultured/wild acros going brown, but it's better to propagate corals instead of destroying the reefs.

I was basting/syphoning the rocks, that's why there's a little polyp extension on a few pics.

What bulb combo are you running?, What kind of flow do you have in your tank? I have a 75 with a 6 bulb fixture, starting to get into the acro thing, looking to upgrade my flow a little.
Thanks

Ricky
