My 90 gallon acrylic tank also sits on a wooden platform, homemade. I have one scratch I haven't bothered with because it's very hard to see. It was my fault, I used a Tunze acrylic scraper. I seemed ok until I started using it, I soon found out that it simply didn't work well as advertised. Or operator error. I now use generic Mr. Clean erasers they work great on the acrylic.

I have a steel stand for my 180. I used magnets affixed to plywood panels to hold them on there. I also covered the plywood panels with slats to make to match the decor in the room. This actually makes maintenance really easy lol. Remove one panel and I have full access to the sump on the left side. remove the other and I have access to the dosing, ATO container and electronics on the right side.
Can you show how you did this? Very interested in this concept
