This post is for those who are on the fence about ordering online, or if you have been thinking about ordering from battle corals......
I have made quite a few orders from adam, most importantly the consistant customer service is un parallel, all my corals have arrived in perfect health. except as stated below.
not only is adam great to deal with, he is also more than happy to call you if you have any questions. I know that those who have ordered from him feel the same. One of the top two to three online vendors. I have had a few issues beyond Adams control IE. Fedex delaying package, or shipping of a coral shifting during transit. As an example I bought one of his gorgeous hammers, and I think it got an infection during transit, Adam was going to replace right away.... I even told him I was going to watch it to see how it did. It eventually died and with out question the coral was replaced.
I have to say Adam has gone way above his obligation as a vendor on many occasions and has earned a life time customer, and anyone I know that is looking for corals I will point them in his direction. I cant thank him enough.
