I haven't posted much here but I think it's time I put up a few pics. Any tips or suggestions welcome.

I'm from Ireland, living in Canada and been reefing for about a year and a half. So my grammar, spelling and knowledge may be a little off :)

Tank:
90 gallon standard marineland, drilled myself for a herbie overflow.

Equipment:
Evergrow it2080, maxed at 60:40 / blue:white for 5 hours with a sunrise and sunset.

Cadlights tia 1150

3 x 1400gph hydors, getting a WP40 in the new year.

Mag drive 950gph return from sump

JBJ ATO

200w jäger heater

Refugium in sump with cfl bulb on reverse photoperiod.

Livestock:

1x diamond goby nicknamed whirlwind due to the sandstorms he creates!

2x per ulna clowns, one regular one black.

4x green/blue chromis.

2x fire fish

1x yellow tang who was a little worse for ware when I got him (see pics)

Various SPS, LPS and I'm a zoaholic!

And now for pictures, please excuse the iPhone quality.

Before and after of the yellow tang I rescued from an lfs. They wanted $90 for him (yeah I know) but I got him for $10. About 3 months difference I believe he had HLLE. Still has a ways to go.

And my favourite photo, highfin goby and candy cane pistol shrimp together.

No just freshwater, multies, planted tanks and a few spawning tiger barbs. I thought the whole saltwater scene was too complicated and expensive. Semi right lol. Are you in Ireland? I can recommend a few good stores, although you probably know them all. :)

Very nice, great job on your aquascaping and Yellow Tang rescue. Kelowna is a beautiful part of BC though it has been a few years since I last was there.

Cheers, Todd

Thanks everybody. The rock on the right is a pillar I created from frag glue, epoxy and 5 rocks. Hoping to do something to tidy the left side a bit when I get more epoxy.

Right now I'm getting ready to leave town for work but I'll be setting up a 20g long when I get back. Plumbed to the main tank with a smaller middle of the same light unit. Just not sure of how to do it. I have 3 options.

1. Symphony from the main tank to the frag, then to the sump. So I'm keeping the same main return pump.

2. Split the return pump feeding the display and have 75:25 display:frag water flow.

3. Buy another return pump around 300gph (realistically 180-200 with head pressure) but then I'm running more volume past my skimmer and through my refugium.

I may just opt for whatever's cheaper although right now I like option 1 due to the high flow and turnover it'll create in the frag tank.
