I just wanted to give a shout out to Adaptive Reef for an amazing customer service experience I had a couple months back. I had ordered one of their new controller cabinets from Coralvue. When I opened it, I noticed that there were a couple small cracks on the front panel despite the fact that the packing and box were completely intact. In other words, there's no reason to believe that it was damaged in shipping.

I sent an email to Adaptive Reef on a Sunday morning and was shocked to receive a reply within 5 minutes. They asked me to submit a couple photos of the damage, and within half an hour were offering to send me a new front panel. During the course of my correspondence, I also mentioned that I had wanted to purchase the Double Slat Recessed Faceplate accessory for the controller cabinet but it was out of stock on the Coralvue site. Did they have any idea when it would be available again? To my surprise, they replied that they would send me one when they sent the replacement front panel!

They let me know that everything would probably take about a week and clearly updated me throughout the entire process. A week later I had my new front panel, plus the free Double Slat Recessed Faceplate. I was really blown away with the above and beyond customer service, how responsive they were, and how easy and painless they made this process.

Could you share a picture of your cabinet setup?

As of right now, it's unfortunately not set up yet as I moved it down to use with my new frag tank. Will be a little while before I can get everything wired properly. So nothing to see for now...
