Noticed that my pH dropped .25 after adding a calcium reactor (from 8.4 to 8.15). Corals not growing as fast as they were before and couple corals are starting to bleach slightly at base.

Wondering if adding a second chamber to the calcium reactor would get my pH back to where it was?

Appreciate if anyone could tell me their experience of adding a second chamber to their calcium reactor.

Thank you!

Add a second chamber can help strip out extra CO2. Having your effluent discharge into a high flow/turbulent area of the sump will also help. Now if extra CO2 is not the cause then you will need to look at other reasons such as differences in what you were dosing vs natural elements in your media or an alk change.
