Adding anthias to school

I have 2 bartletts anthias and I want to get a third. The ones at the shop are around 2.5-3 inches and the ones I have are around 2 inches. Do you think there will be a lot of aggression?

Likely yes. Eventually you will have 1, from everything I've read. Best chance is to keep them fed constantly.

Unless your tank is huge, 4 becomes 3, then 2, then 1
