Adding Fish @ Night with Red Light?

Have any of you guys ever adding tangs into your aquarium at night with the tank lit with red LEDs? I've never heard of this and was just curious if anyone has tried it.

He talks about the red LEDs at around 3:30.

When I add a new fish that I'm worried will get bullied I'll feed the tank heavily and turn the lights off, but I do like the red lights idea for observation since fish can't see red. Makes sense, I'll try that next time. Thanks for sharing!

I don't go that far, but I do turn off the regular lights and just use ambient room lighting (more or less light using the window shutters) to help alleviate aggression to newcomers.
