Hello everyone. Can I get some feedback on my situation. I’ve got a 2-2.5 year old 50 gallon corner tank. Mostly softies and LPS. I do have a couple hardy SPS colonies. Currently I’m using a Redsea 50 led. My plan is to upgrade into a 90-100 gallon system as some point. The issue (a good thing) that I’m seeing is that some of my corals are shadowing others. I was thinking about retro fitting in some 50/50 reefsun power compact bulbs to compensate the coral growth. I’m mainly concerned about algae growth from the PC’s white light. In the future I’ll get a second led unit and a larger tank.
Thank you

If that what your budget calls for, then do it.....but eventually, you might consider additional/different lighting

PC is good light. Similar to T5. I haven't heard of that specific brand. I wouldn't worry about algae.
