Advice needed to find overflow box

Plus you can see the tape where they drilled it. Why anyone would drill 6" and 8" away from the glass is beyond me. And such small holes too

Haha! I thought it was tempered too but then the clues set in my brain and asked the mfg about it. The tape and location of the holes became a giveaway that it wasn't tempered but inquired anyway.
