The biggest bit of information has been left out, what is the tank size?

Yes… (1) tank size?, (2) coral and inverts, or will it be fish-only?

By the way, the Rusty Angel you mentioned are very underrated. Not expensive, fairly hardy, play-nice, pick at some algae, and look better in person than in most photos. Best wishes!

90 gallons is a nice size. So then you’ll want to look for conflicts with corals or inverts.

Watchman goby with shrimp
2 clowns if small juvenile
Silver belly or yellow coris wrasse
File fish
Dotty back
Flame hawkish
Coral beauty or any other angel that appropiate.
Tomini or Kole tang
Dotty back add one of last fish as can be very territorial ive read but will all depend on size of the other last fish you add.

And fwiw I'm no expert on stocking lists this is just how I would do it

Long nose hawkfish I don't know if ok having with other hawkfish,I would hazard a guess be at least add with caution.

But your file fish and dwarf angel fishes are reef safe with caution.

Good luck and enjoy ^_^
