Aefw flubendazole powder (not fenbendazole)

Hey everyone!
I am currently battling acro eating flatworms In my 150 gallon sps system.

Upon looking for Fenbendazole flakes which I did find. I also came across this product on Amazon I ordered it and received a packet of powder with a scooper. Looking at the ingredients it is flubendazole. It is in the same category as fenbendazole. But I'm trying to find any information or if anyone has used this for flatworms. Each scoop is 50 mg per gram of flubendazole. Feedback is much appreciated thanks

I dont see this as being effective for flatworms but rather an internal worm treatment.
Best is Flatworm exit or flatworm stop

Akso effective is Removal accomplished by siphoning them with a 3/8" tubing into a nylon stocking and discard
OR
Add a wrasse such as Yellow coris, 6 line, lunare or malanurus OR even a springieri damsel which will eat them

With the number you have, for the next 2 weeks you will have to look for eggs and scrape off as there is likely some and would be future acoels. Eggs are really tiny

Thanks for the response but flatworm exit doesn't work for these and also it has been known for years that KZ flatworm stop is just water and iodine. Used aefw x for 2 months infestation actually got worse. Nothing was added to the tank for 6 months. Spent tons of money in the past on KZ to find out that it's just overpriced iodine that does nothing. Icp idione went thru the roof. Did not help deter them from acros .I have seen some ppl use flatworm exit at 5x the dose but don't know if that is safe. Yesterday I dipped as much of the corals as I could with revive and put them on frag racks. Cut the bases off also just to make sure. Using a microscope to check them.

I had luck with flatworm stop but was not an infestation and in fact use it once a week to provide coral health and im reluctant to exceed 3x the dose

Yea I think it does help if your using before an infestation with increased iodine in the water coral health does improve a lot.

Flubendazole is very similar to fenbendazole and is more water soluble. With discus, fenbendazole is used in food because of this reason. Flubendazole would likely work the same but I couldn’t find any information on use with corals back when I was looking.

Thanks! Yea me too can't seem to find any info on this either. I was thinking to try and micro dose to see if it would work. The one article they use it at 2 mg per gallon dose. I was thinking to do .5 mg per gallon see if it effects invertebrates at a lower dose. I may try this if it gets bad. For now I have under control. Dipped everything got them all off including eggs. Wrasses at work also.
