I have pulled out simply too much that is magnetic.. and I cannot understand how this would benefit sps.
MY sps reacted negatively to it. its not a food and nothing is live under the microscope. Mybe bacteria is live in there some where .. .

I don't know if it will work dramatically for established reef tanks, but it did work for my six month old tank when I started dosing it after water change. I started getting coralline algae and reduced dinos and cyano for me. I do run a magnet under the dosing cup I have to remove the iron particles. I did observe the same results where some of the SPS started taking off as well. Is it snake oil? Probably not completely and your mileage may vary.
