My yellow tang is starting to become aggressive with most of the fish in my 75g tank. Has he finally outgrown the tank? should I consider rehoming him?

Rehome or put it in time out for awhile to see if that helps. I opted for the Onespot foxface in place of the yellow tang because I heard they could become aggressive.

I would not add another one. I think best would be to re-home to someone with a bigger tank. My experience with them is that they tend to be a lot more aggressive when in smaller tanks.
Agree on both fronts. The issue isn’t likely to improve and you don’t have the real estate to add another tang or two to “dilute” tang aggression.
