AI Blade - Power Issue?

Just had my AI Blade 12” that I bought back in Dec 2023 stop working.
No connection to the app, nothing on a hard reset.
I only get a flash of light as I am connecting the plug to the light via the ac/dc adapter. Sometimes if I give the power supply a twist it will the lights will flash then turn off.
Anyone had any experience of this? Recommendations?

Mine just starting doing this today. Looks like an electrical problem inside the light. I emailed AI, but since it's the weekend I will have to wait until Monday. Any luck with your light? For the money that we spend, I would expect a light to work longer than 2 years. Hopefully, AI is willing to work with me on this one. If not, I am going to switch all my lights to a different brand. Doesn't seem that AI can make a quality product.

Ah that’s annoying! Sorry to hear that!
AI told me to go to the distributor (DD) and they would deal with it.
DD spoke with AI and they offered a replacement out of good will even though they believed it to be the due to the way I installed it.
DD told me to contact the shop I purchased it from and they would organise a replacement. The shop ended up messing me around and lot and weren’t willing to replace it until I spoke with DD again. The whole process took over a month which was very annoying! So hopefully yours is much faster!

But yeah, you would expect a much longer life out of it given the name and brand! I have a Jecod return pump that I expected to last less than a year and that’s going 3+ years strong!
