Good morning everyone hope everyone has an amazing day, question I have the ai blade light 21 inch I believe and it’s the coral grow one I have a 20g NOVu tank question is, is it better tu put it at an specific height and what is the best height for it and if right on top of the tank is still ok then does the closer to the water it is then does the setting on the light have to be lesss intense or what???? Just trying to learn as much for when my tank is ready for coral ????? I do see that when I turn the light which I’m leaving them off untill the año is ready my fish kinda get bothered or are more crazy when it’s on

The blades are designed to sit on the tank as you have yours in the photo. As for how intense it should be that depends upon the corals you want to keep, the only real way to be sure is to rent / borrow / buy a PAR meter to measure the light at specific depths in your tank. Fish won't really care how bright it is but try starting off with the grow preset at around 60% and then adjust to your own taste.

You can get the raised tank mounts for them which increases spread should you need more coverage. Stting wise you will have to judge that by your corals.
