I changed the settings right after I made this post pretty much.

I saw the new BRStv post. These are the settings they are running. They were testing the AI lights to run similar to the ecolab lights.

The new setting strengths seemed like a lot at first but the corals have actually had more growth it seems with these settings and no signs of it being too much light.
Is this good for just sos though? What about a tank with sps, lps and anemones

Here’s an update of the tank with the lighting schedule. You can see decent growth in all coral lps mainly.

I recently added three montipora caps in the middle of the tank. There is a yellow green and purple monti. They have all been in the tank for about a month now and look healthy and are showing growth.

My tank is only 12” deep and everything seems to be happy

FWIW, I switched my settings to the BRS settings 2 months ago. Since doing that my coral colors have noticeably improved and appear to continually improve.

Did that negatively affect anything else in your tank?

I’m just a little worried to have my UV and V blasting at 110%+

Everything is better. On my other tank I have a Kessil Blue tuna, I'll like the AI lights better.

Following. I've used something similar to the picture below for the past year with good results. Switching over to BRS tv AB+ clone today to see how that goes.
