I had the driver fault issue with my AI Hydra HD, where the light stops following the schedule, stays on all the time, and stops responding to the app. AI sent a new motherboard which I installed, made sure all the pins were clicked into place, and now a week later I’m having the same problem again.
The light stays on and does not respond to the app at all. I have to disconnect and reconnect the light for it to go back on the schedule I have set. This happens every couple of days.
Dealing with AI customer service has not been a great experience so far - slow to respond and have given me the same advice multiple times even though it didn’t work.
So frustrating - would love to hear if anyone else has had this issue and whether you were able to fix it!
