AI Nero 3 help

just got one. Hooked it up to the Möbius app. Percentages don’t match what they should. Max=2000 gps, so logic dictates that 50% should = 10000 gps, but it doesn’t. The app says at 50 it’s putting out 1325 gps. The Nero 3 is a bit overkill for my current application and I only need 230 ~ 460 . But even at 1% it shows 663 gps. Is there something wrong here? Is there a fix?

Nothing wrong -- that's normal.

I haven't seen anything posted about the Nero 3 specifically, but just for reference, here's a post about the Nero 5 actual GPH at different percentages:

It would be nice. But if the pump starts getting clogged up with something and slows the impeller down then the numbers are off. If it’s not broke in then the numbers are off. If any restrictions are present then the numbers are off. The numbers are just in reference to what power is being fed to the magnet assembly at the moment. Without an actual flow sensor then there can’t be accuracy of real flow knowledge.
