Ai Nero 3 noisy

I agree and I will. I just have to go through the hoops. It just a couple more days

I got two new pumps, and installed over the weekend. one is absolutely quiet, and one has a ticking sound, Called AI customer service and they told me it needs to break in and to run it at 1% for a week then ramp up power to my schedule and to call them back if problem doesn't resolve itself. We will see
Hey. I Installed my brand new Nero7 15 min ago. It makes the same "knocking sound" as in your video, even at low-low speed settings. It gets especially bad if the pump is not perfectly centered on the inside magnet. If I hold the pump, there is no noise except a very silent "hum" which is to be expected. (Glass is 15mm (about 5/8 inches))

Did yours eventually quiet down?
I'll try running it at the lowest possible setting for a week like you mentioned.
