how's it going everyone i've had this light for over a year and now it's flashing any suggestions ? i've reset it numerous times and did a firmware update

You can try this. If that does not work the unit has some internal part issue.

Ai prime flashing red

hi , I have just bought an ai prime , plugged it in the puck flashes once but the top is flashing red all the time , I have held the button down trying to reset it for 30+ seconds and it still doesn’t change , any ideas would be great , thanks wayne
