Hi! I am new to reefing and I have recently purchased a AI Prime 16 HD. I wanted to change my old light (Viparspectra Aqua Knight) so I will get straight to the point. I like a white natural color of my tank I am not in that widex look so i made my own light schedule: 8:40 am sunrise , 8:50 pm sunset there is a peak at 1:50 pm also. The problem is that a I am not really happy with the light spectrum and schedule if someone can help with any advice I will be grateful. This are the tank dimensions (without the side aio chamber) : 43 cm long (16.9 inches) , 30 cm depth (11.8 inches) , 30 cm tall (11.8 inches) and the light is hanged at 23 cm (9 inches) from the water surface. Here are some pics of the light schedule and the tank :

You can download presets from the AI website.

I started with the settings from the BRS video but have since changed to the Saxby profile which I much prefer. You could try a few of them and see what you like.

I’m thinking of swapping out my Prime in a similar size tank as I have quite a bit of shadowing.
