AI Prime 16HD BRS AB+ help

I need some help! After watching the BRS video for the AB+ setting. I’d like to try this as I’m moving into SPS. However I’m confused on the video and need some clarification. They show the settings for a 20G and then proceed to say at 70% intensity (if I recall correctly). Does this mean 70% of the numbers they show on that chart OR is that chart already showing the 70%?

I’m concerned as the numbers seem high and I’ve heard horror stories with the AB+ burning the lenses.

For the record, I’m on a wait list for a PAR meter rental from my local reef club so this is the best I can do for now until I can get my hands on a PAR meter
