So I just got an AI Prime 16HD for my twenty gallon long. I don’t have a PAR reader at the moment but I’d like to fix my settings temporarily.

The fixture is about six inches off the surface of the tank, and directly beneath the light is some Stylophora, Anacropora and Montipora digitata. I really just want the light as bright as I can go. Here are my current settings on the prime:

Can I get some opinions or does anyone else have settings to share on a similar setup?

Whats your overall program look like? I.e. ramp up ramp down etc.
Might want to nab a preset from the AI website?

Saxby (sp) is a popular one, also I think WWC may have a setting. I guess it depends on what light you did have if you want to use the acclimation setting. But overall at 100% the light should be good for what you have. I have a couple over my 30g and probably could use another one.

In the Mobius app or the MyAI app, when you click on the light and go to edit, at the bottom is two buttons one is for user supplied profiles and the other is AI profiles (Saxby is in there already) In the Mobius app if you want a WWC profile, download the profile you want on their site, then go back to user profiles and click the + button. That should take you to the downloads page and you can just click on the profile and add it that way.

If you want easy...click on the little button to the right of the star that says "Easy Setup" once in there, you'll set your times.. Your sunrise, sunset and then how long you want ramp up and ramp down. I set my up and down at 90 minutes, but many do 60 minutes. It's just that easy.
