AI Prime - Flexmount on a rimless tank?

There is a lot of info on the light, and it’s advertised as working for rimmed and rimless tanks but I’ve also read mixed reviews on the clamp itself. I have a rimless Aquapod and I’m ready to pull the trigger on the light but I’m worried about the quality of the mount. It looks like it doesn’t clamp on as tight as it should. Can someone post pictures of their Primes mounted on a rimless tank? Thank you, it almost makes me want to go with a different light. Hah!

If you google AI prime mount and click on the picture tab, there are a lot of rimless tanks to look at.
I kinda like the ceiling mounting kit :)
