I decided to try this light out because i have the hydra 26's non HDs on my 90 and absolutely love them. I wanted to put it on my IM lagoon 25 gallon and here are my thoughts.

Pros:
Wifi controllability
Two types of blue (deep, royal)
Sleek design
Quiet fan
Great for tanks with a 20x20" area

Cons:
A lot of shadowing in my Lagoon 25 about 17x24"
Was expecting a stronger white LED output

I'm planning on returning this because it did not fit my tank how i wanted it and i was expecting more spread. It seems to be very dark and blue if that's what your looking for then its the right light for you. I had tried the Kessil A160we Tuna blue and that things covers the tank like crazy but i did not like the colors or the idea of having to buy a $100 controller. I'll be trying the Radion XR15W Pro Gen 4 next and hopefully that works.

Why not consider a non-spotlight type of LED fixture instead of more of the same?

What are your thoughts of the Radions? I'm considering 2 of these for my 48" long 65 gallon tank.
