Hi
I just got a mount for my prime. The hole that I'm to put the pole into is supposed to have a "securing screw" but the screw does nothing to secure it. Its just scratching the post. Any suggestions?

It very well could be. Its like the screw isn't even in there when I'm trying to tighten it up to hold the post in the mount.

You could measure the screw with a caliper. Once you know the size, say 3mm, you could buy a size larger tap, say 3.5mm and a 3.5 set screw.

Tap new threads with the next size up and use a next size up set screw.

Just a idea.
