AI pumps and software

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to post this as i was unable to get any search detail related.

I have a Waterbox 35.2 and using the Axis 40 for the return. I have been having issues with the pump slowing from my programmed 24hr constant speed setting which would cause my top off to buzz. After about 10-15 seconds the pump would then ramp back to the original setting and my top off would stop buzzing. From the begging of the tank i have been using the AI software for control. The problem with the AI software was if my Nero was connected my Axis wasn't. If my Axis was connected my Nero wasn't. Connection was horrible. I did multiple resets and ran the pump at a bunch of different flow settings.

Finally i installed the Mobius app. No connection issues. No more pump slowing.

Just thought i would share.

i had a slightly similar issue, but with my fuge light. it wouldn't pair when attempting to connect to my "Display tank settings", rather i had to create another "tank" in my profile. after this i didn't have any issues. maybe you could give it a go? but seeing as you already fixed your issue, maybe its not worth it lol.
