I am more of a plug it in and dont mess with it guy. I have my lights about 10" from the water and they are set at 45% white and 85% blue. Everything seems to be doing fine including a ton of zoas, a monti, and a black widow anemone. I did have a loss with a piece of sps, but not sure if that was water quality as my nitrates are currently ki d of high.
I have never used a PAR meter, but I was wondering if those settings seemed reasonable.
