Ai sol still a decent option?

I'm setting up a frag tank (4x2) and looking at lighting. I have 2 ai Sol's I can throw on. Will these work, or is it "worth it" for better lights? Will I get better growth with something else?

You would have think they would work, but led's have come a long ways since the Sol's.
