I'll have to agree that "super size me" is a great name! It's an obvious nod to the size of the frags, but it has the vomit-related double meaning your looking for! A bit cryptic, but it's there!
I remember when the doco first came out and everyone was like "dude, did you see super size me?" "Yea man, it was gross when he spewed". It seems that's the main scene people remember from the doco.
