Welcome to R2R! I agree with the others about salt creep. Clownfish are extremely territorial add one, two or dozens. Three or four will almost positively result in aggression. I don't think I'd try to promote schooling behavior of any species in a 20 gallon. There is just not enough room for them to separate when they need to. Even if they school as juveniles they will most likely fight as they mature.
