After 6 months, my clownfish discovered the anemones in my tank. I wish it were due to the size of the tank, but it is only 246 litres in DT (Red Sea Reefer Max G2+ 300).

Hi, as you can see in the photo, there are 2 orange anemones that have appeared in my tank, i noticed one about 4 months ago but it appears to have moved and now another one has appeared, my concerns is if its Aiptasia or another pest. Any ideas and what i can do to remove if needed.

My RBTA was doing fine in my tank for a few days after putting him in but now he looks like this. Is he dying or is he still trying to get used to the tank? He is still attached to my rock work. My tank is roughly 6-7 months old.
