Anemone how to care for?

I just got an anemone. 125 gallon tank my question is will they be ok with glass lids as long as light source is strong enough to go through? Or would mesh be better?

It might be helpful if you could let us know what kind of anemone, and what kind of lighting. I personally don't suggest glass lids on saltwater tanks, it does tend to block too much light and can limit gas exchange.

It’s a rose long tentacle anemone. What type of lighting do you recommend? The glass lid does not fully cover the tank and back has open area for gas exchange as well being such a big tank has more oxygen. Just don’t know what light source to use they say 150 par or full spectrum led am unsure

Depends on the depth of the tank.

bubble tips are hardier than carpets which in turn are hardier than long tentacles - IMO

I'm not really that knowledgeable in the care of those anemones, but I say that @OrionN was active tonight, maybe he has a minute to offer some suggestions.
