Aiptasia?? within Blastomussa

not sure what this looks like to anyone else, I got this blasto roughly 2 months ago with algae taking over this small patch in the middle, not sure if the blasto would grow over this or not but it seems to not be now. I first thought this was a hair and went at it with tweezers however its just seemed to recede. Thinking maybe it’s an aiptasia within the skeleton if possible, but am open to input on diagnosis and treatment
