Hey Swampcott ; need any bta ? I’ve got 2-3 freebies
Are you on the Boston Reefer Society forum? (Though you gotta be a member to sell on their forums which is 20$ a year…) You would probably find some people who would scoop those up quickly there though.

Welcome to my world! Lol. If you find a good solution, lemme know.

On the bright side, I found a local shop that will give me store credit for them. I have a limitless supply of frags, I guess?

I always find it ironic and funny how sought after bta’s are yet so many people that have them are desperate to be rid of them. I just got my first one today. I wonder when I will have that attitude change toward them lol

Wow! I would be so tempted to just keep them all and turn this into a clownfish harem tank.

I never thought I would see an infestation worses then mine!

Honestly I just removed 70ish BTAs over 4 weeks... by pulling out the rock and placing it over a bucket with some water in it. I balanced the LR on top of the 5 gallon bucker with the many fish nets I have. If you strategically place th rock to the BTA is hanging... it strethes so far and then I use giant tweezers and pull them off. About 50% came out clean. The other 50% split and then I used force to scrap it out. I used a screwdrive and just scraped and removed it. Of the 75 about 10 came back for round two. I let the rock sit out for like 3 hours... and only did 4 rocks a dat and waited b/c I ASSumed that this would cause a ammonia spike.

NOW for the remaining BTA's I am trying the cannon method.

I gave mine to the LFS... but honestly I think they turfed them : (

The irony is that my clowns are hosting in my leather!!
