aiptasia?

Im not sure what this is i just noticed two little growths on a rock.ive had for a while, i googled small aiptasia and young aiptasia and none of the pics were similar to this in look...i know you cant always trust google and other websites so what do yall think it is? Its not the greatest pic because i had to zoom in with my phone to capture them but they are at the center of the pic

Little worms in the rock. Beneficial.

they form by making a mucus and rock house.
