Air Pump With Inlet?

So I am using a glass protein skimmer from Mame on my 25G and it works well with my adjustable Danner air pump. The problem is that the air pump doesn't have an inlet and I would like to use some c02 media to help my low PH out. The only thing I can think of is making a near air-tight box and filling that with both the pump and media.
Anyone know of a small air-pump with an inlet? I have only found 1 and it was some chinese battery-powered thing. Someone in another thread said to use the Aqua Lifter Dosing Pump but I don't think that it does air. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. My skimmer can work with basically no air (currently on the lowest setting with the tube pinched as well), I'm just looking for something quiet/small.

The last one I had with an intake was classified as a luft pump.
Try a goggle search for luft pump.

Put pump in a kitchen storage plastic container. Run outlet tube and electric cord through side and inlet into box. Seal it up. I used duct tape.

lol sounds like what I had in mind. Good to know someone else has done it :)

Would be possible to install the CO2 scrubber between the pump and the MAME skimmer?

Yes I done this, I used a small rodi casing and filled with co2 media. Works well. Seen it done by a guy on YouTube, he attached it to his skimmer.
