Algae help!!

I have a type of algae im having trouble identifying. Its thick and spongy and grows in very high lighting condtions. It can be almost pulled up in sheets any idea what it could be? And how to treat? I have a Redsea reefer 170 with a radion xr30pro, 2 hydra power heads, a skimmer, UV sterilizer, 4 fish and mostly softies
