Hi folks,

I've got what looks like clear/translucent/slight green short hair-like algae growing on a bunch of my rocks. It doesn't seem to be hurting anything but doesn't seem to be being eaten by snails/lawnmower blenny either.

Tank went through a phase of green film on glass which has largely dissipated and the sand is clean, but I just want to confirm if this is the norm or if there are things I should do or introduce to help contain it.

If this is new system its normal. One of the cycling phases is such algae.
Snails, urchins and tangs will take care of this.
Start with snails and urchins.

Bumping with a more zoomed in picture. Nitrates and phosphates are zero. pH 8.2, mag 1340, dkh 7.5, salinity 1.025 35ppm.

Had some Chaeto in fuge but seems to be bleaching out.

Tank is about 2 months old, solid bioload, feeding regularly.

Looks like I may have some Dinos on the sand bed forming too.

What should I do?

It could by cyano I guess, it looks slightly stringy and patchy on the sand, but overall pretty faint. Light brown in color.

And yeah, I've got Red Sea kits and getting 0.0 nitrates consistently. Have a Salifert kit coming tomorrow to test again. I know it would be better to have some of both P04 and N03.
