I’m trying to distinct between whether this is GHA or diatoms. I think it’s GHA, but I’ve never seen it this fuzzy and soft-like, which makes me think it could be diatoms. Plus, I know diatoms are generally brown, but I can rarely tell the difference between green and brown. I can do the research to tackle the problem, just need to get an ID

I would say the 1st pic is whiteish/lite yellow.
2nd pic is more "green" for sure but still not dark green.
IMO, based off pics online I say Diatom but let's see what others say
