Algae ID help please

Can someone identify this algae? Lights are switched to white for photo. My nitrates are 10 and phos is 0.1. They get worse as lights go on so maybe dinos but with my nutrients doesn’t make sense. I have been peroxide dosing at night at 1 ml per 10 gallons.

Tank is 4 months old and I use 0tds rodi so doubt it’s diatoms

Probably dinos. I had some in my classroom reef with nitrates in the 30s and phosphates .3

Any clues on how to treat this kind? I have tried blowing it off, carbon, uv,
dosing bacteria and peroxide is my current trial
