algae ID please

I've gotten behind on tank maintenance and let an algae infestation take over.

I've increased flow as it is worse on the far end of the peninsula, and began removing during water changes.. but it seems to return extremely fast.

Can anyone please ID this so I can begin making a proper game plan :)

Any pics under white lighting?
May be dictyota or lyngbya-(just a guess as hard to tell under heavy blue light)
