I noticed the last couple days that a purple algae has started growing on some of my rockwork and coral. I used a brush and a lot of the stringy stuff came off. I used a turkey baster to blow the stuff off my coral. However there is this purple stuff growing on my gsp and it is pretty tough. It is growing on the frag plug and also growing on the frag plug of my zoa. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

I cant tell what algae is in the 1st photo but the 2nd photo is cyanobacteria. Chemiclean gets rid of it very fast, just make sure it wont kill anything else in your tank
