Anyone have any idea what type of algae this could be?

Appears to be a form of turf algae. Manually remove and siphon off, add CUC, reduce feedings, check nitrates and phosphates.

My nitrate and phosphate run essentially at Zero. I was fighting Dino's for a while. Could this still be Dinos?
