Algae on my corals

Recently I have been getting brown algae on some of my corals...see pics below...any help on what is going on would be appreciated. Thanks, dave

The algae on your corals is growing over spots that died off on them, which may or may not be related to any algae growing on your sand (I'm lumping diatoms and dinos in here for brevity).

You've got some coralline so your prob close chemistry/maturity wise, but if that's a green plating monti that went south you still have a little ways to go.

Looks like your Acros started peeling at the tips.... What's your alk? How often do you test and what range do you see?

What are your nutrients and feeding regimen?

Alk 8.3-8.8 test daily
NO3=16
NO4=.13
I feed automatically 5 times a day
