Algae on SPS

My sps got bleached and there is a algae on the bleach

What should I do?

That area is dead. Algae won't grow on live tissue. Cut the affected areas off with bone cutters if necessary

Is this a bubble algae

Hard to tell from the photo, but gut reaction says no. Bubble algae looks like clumps of green bubbles. If that's what you have on the coral, then yes.
I would cut the coral, remove the affected areas and re-mount if it were me
