Alibaba Lighting - Reef Options

I live in Central Asia / Eastern Europe where there are NO options for reef lighting. I would like to buy something on Alibaba as it is much cheaper, closer, and I don't need to worry about import taxes. Any recommendations for a good reef light from Alibaba? SPS/LPS.

I can't afford Neptune, Radion, Kessil - and even if I could the import taxes would be 20% to ship in.
